Twin Creeks Netball Club have started the new season on a high, after winning the 2019 March Past at the Penrith District Netball Association (PDNA) Opening Day March Past at Jamison Park last month.

“It was very exciting and an honour. The March Past was great, walking past the spectators, cheering and clapping for all the clubs and players. It was lovely to have the support of the crowd and to be a part of a great sports community” said Natalie Anderson, President of Twin Creeks Netball Club.

This year, the local club will have 141 players competing in 17 teams. With the team rosters filled, it promises to be a big season on the court.

“We are looking forward to a successful year, with players enjoying their games and improving the sport. We usually have a few teams as premiers and grand final winners” Natalie told the Mulgoa Valley Gazette.

“As the President, I enjoy supporting the committee, with fresh new faces and ongoing support from the previous executives. Everybody is willing to help and are keen to help with the running of the club” added Natalie.
