The Plus Fitness trainers are dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goals by providing you with a friendly and supportive exercise environment to motivate you throughout the whole 8 weeks starting 11th February 2019.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you will be put through challenging but rewarding: circuit classes, strength and agility classes, cardio circuits and many more heart racing workouts to help achieve your goals! It is their mission to set you up for success in all areas of the challenge and putting time frames around what you want to achieve is essential. It will improve the chances of you achieving goals that you set, and they are meaningful and specific to you.
