Local Blue Mountains, Penrith and Glenmore Park Mortgage Choice broking and financial planning franchise has been recognised as one of the best in the industry.

The franchise, led by mortgage broker Rob Lees and financial adviser Tim Hayman received several accolades at Mortgage Choice’s recent national conference including the NSW Multi Operator of the Year award, the national Financial Planning Franchise of the Year award as well as the Admin Staff Member of the Year award.

These prestigious awards acknowledge the efforts of an outstanding Mortgage Choice franchise that displays excellence across a range of business behaviours.

In addition to revenue growth, the awards recognise Mortgage Choice franchisees that represent the company’s brand philosophy, values and best practices.

Mortgage Choice Chief Executive Officer, Susan Mitchell, said franchise owners Rob and Tim, together with their team, have worked very hard to build a successful business and deserve to be rewarded for their achievements.

“Tim and Rob, along with their team, have set a new standard among our franchise network” Ms Mitchell said.

“To see the early adopters achieving such high levels of success says a lot. Their solid business partnership, with Rob as the broker and Tim as the adviser, and their commitment to continuous improvement within the business is really starting to pay off. Great work Tim and Rob”.

“I would also like to congratulate business manager Christine Chapman who received the Admin Staff Member of the Year award. Christine is a crucial part of the franchise’s operations and is deserving of the recognition”.

These accolades build on previous success for the team. Mr Hayman is a past recipient of Mortgage Choice’s Financial Planning Adviser of the Year award.

Rob, Tim and Christine were unanimous in their delight at being recognised by Mortgage Choice on a national level.

“We are delighted to have received these awards, especially given the number of franchisees in the running” said Rob Lees.

“Our team works very hard for our clients and it’s wonderful to have this effort acknowledged. We are also grateful for the constant encouragement we receive from our local community”.
