Macarthur Lions Club Inc. (MLC) manages and presents to the Macarthur region events to surprise and delight the citizens within the Camden Council local government area.

Each year at Christmas, Macarthur Lions Club are invited to manage a mobile BBQ stall at the beautiful Camden Macarthur Park, in readiness for the St John’s Church evening Christmas Carols.

This year, the Christmas Carols in the Park will be held on Saturday 15th December 2018, from 5.00pm.

Then, as the sun sets and the music starts with all the children settling, Macarthur Lions Club will provide a hot BBQ sandwich and beverage at a nominal price. All this helps create a truly festive atmosphere, while singing along with the St John’s Church “Carol Singers” and live music to accompany all the well-known Christmas Carols.

Of course, there will be the opportunity to purchase the unforgettable Lions Club Christmas Cakes on the night.

With the lights in the Jacarandas trees on Argyle Street, the festive environment emanating from the Carol singing and the goodwill the Carols carry through the Camden night and a sausage sizzle, the evening is sure to be a relaxing and memorable moment for all. Adults and children alike, young or not so young can make memories.

Macarthur Lions Club will be stationed at the Carols all evening under the lights until late, so don’t miss out.
