What’s Happening at Ropes Crossing Church?
In the first week of the October school holidays, Ropes Crossing Church ran ‘4 FAMILIES’ every morning at the Ropes Crossing Community Hub. 77 children and their families came throughout the week where they participated in games, make your own morning tea, music, drama, Bible and craft. It was great to see so many families from the community coming together and enjoying each other’s company.
A very special event took place earlier this month, called ‘blu Ropes’. ‘blu Ropes’ was an evening of blues music with local musicians and the band ‘PBT’. Held on the Ropes Crossing Village Green on Saturday 3 November, what an amazing night that families, friends and neighbours enjoyed together with music and a sausage sizzle.
Those who attended were also invited to Ropes Crossing Church with an invitation extended to the entire community. They meet at Ropes Crossing Public School on Sundays at 10:30 am.
